JCAE’s current main focus is to help our major steel clients capitalize on the latest technology and products as well as the business model self. Chinese steel mills and heavy manufacturers have traditionally paid very little attention to energy and operational efficiency issues. Moreover, they have little knowledge as regarding their true internal expenditures in those areas. By leading with technical and consulting services, initially free of charge, JCAE will help these clients determine all their true energy expenditures as well as other operational deficiencies such as waste water and material management. Major part of JCAE’s consulting effort will focus on areas that will help these clients reducing overall cost by utilizing JCAE’s leading-edge systems and equipments. These consulting efforts in the US have yielded savings of up to $6-$7 million dollars for large sized steel mills annually after implementation.

JCAE Combustion LTD
provides energy and operational efficiency solutions to our heavy industry clients utilizing the Energy Management Contract (EMC) concept that is endorsed by the Chinese government. Through careful evaluation and detailed implementation utilizing solutions with different conditions of fuel combustion heat values and energy saving redesigns, JCAE Combustion can maximize our client energy and material savings without these clients incurring ANY upfront capital expenditure. Our highly experienced technical team utilizes in-house solutions as well as our partner’s best-in-class combustion engineering technology such as SuperSystems furnace gas analysis technology, MetalPro furnace maintenance technology, and HSM resources maintenance technology. We share the benefits and profits with our heavy industry clients by achieving higher combustion efficiency, reducing energy waste and re-engineered the whole energy saving system. Moreover, we are only paid a percentage of the total savings that our client generates while we absorb all the needed upfront equipment and engineering services cost.
Case Study
The main factors causing oxidation losses in the billet heating process are material types, heating temperature, heating time and the furnace atmosphere (including the residual oxygen content). JCAE Combustion utilizes leading-edge oxygen sensor technology to effectively conduct real-time monitoring of the residual oxygen combustion control values for each segment of the production. By utilizing gas furnace atmosphere controls, monitoring the burner status, balancing the atmosphere for oxidation and reduction reaction in the furnace, we device a solution that achieves the most environmentally friendly, optimal air-fuel ratio and combustion as well as reduces the oxidation loss from burning. The result is significant energy savings and the extension of the furnace life cycle. We also improve the furnace oxide formation condition to generate easy- to-remove oxide coating while control oxide formation at a relatively low level, thereby improves the surface quality of billet.

Rong De Wastewater Treatment
Utilizing advanced US and European biological enzyme technology along with existing domestic metallurgical coking wastewater treatment method, Rong de provides the most advanced technology solution for the metallurgical coking plant wastewater treatment. Our biological enzyme solution addresses the strict compliance requirements as defined by the Chinese government without incurring additional pollution damages. Our bio-enzyme technology utilizes most advanced technology and core products ---QS series of biological enzyme to optimize and improve implement conditions, type and proportion selection, dosing frequency and immediate reactions in response to different impact loads.
Rong De also provides follow-up treatment and recycling systems that do not incur additional energy assumption. It is one of the most advanced technologies which are in consistent with the “sustainable development” concept of wastewater treatment.
American Roll-Tech Corp.
ARC is the professional service arm of JCAE. ARC provides a variety of technical and maintenance service for the steel manufacturers. Starting with providing roll and sleeve maintenance services for large steel mill more than a decade ago, JACE/ARC has accumulated invaluable experience in providing a variety of technical services for these clients. Today, ARC is continuing to provide roll services while at the same time adding other solutions such steel mill liner sales and mill housing services.
Q-Capital
JCAE has also recently formed Q-Capital, an Energy Management Contract (EMC) company, whose purpose is to help JCAE subsidiaries as well as other partner companies to undertake large energy and material optimization projects for the Chinese heavy industries.
Q-Capital was established in May 18, 2011. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of JCAE. Q-Capital’s principally function is to provide investments, project financing, project management, and operational management for large scale energy and material optimization projects, for China’s heavy industries. The company’s mission is to achieve business profitability through an integrated approach for environmental services, energy and materials optimization as well as investing in renewable energy. Our strategy is to introduce world's leading-edge energy saving technology, adapt them for the Chinese market place. We intend to become China's leading energy and material optimization company through professional services, investments, and operational expertise.
Q-Capital will initially engage in the combustion efficiency management area as well as the waste water treatment for the metallurgical industry. By combining our strong technical team with our portfolio of combustion engineering technology such as, SSI furnace gas analyzers, MetalPro furnace maintenance technology, HSM resources maintenance technology, we are capable of providing “one-stop” energy saving and emission reduction solutions for high energy consumption projects. Our expertise include energy conservation diagnosis, evaluation and design, energy savings, emission reduction, as well as wear and tear reduction.
